FREE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY Green Team offers a complete digital imaging service package, from basic PDF and Group IV TIFF color and black & white scanning to full scale document coding, indexing, and file conversion services. We utilize non-proprietary scanning software which enables us to load images into virtually all document management platforms. Our team will meet with your team to determine your end-user desired results. We believe in “beginning with the end in mind”. If your team wants to prep the material and slip sheet document boundaries, we will provide the document break sheets or if you want us to handle the project turnkey from start to finish, we are flexible and will work within your guidelines. We will prepare the appropriate load file for your document management/viewing software and/or provide you with a free viewer as well.
Green Team offers electronic document numbering when scanning your documents. There are significant advantages when electronically numbering production materials.
Green Team offers document coding for ease of access to your scanned images. From “beginning and ending doc number” to specific coded fields which might include “document author”, “document type” or “document date”, Green Team can facilitate these requests. Documents are coded based upon pre-determined coding specs as outlined by you. We provide a coding spec manual with all coding projects as well as sample work product at the onset of a new production for client verification and modification. Additionally, Green Team offers synthetic coding for advanced, highly detailed document queries. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing is available, and our team will consult with you on the probable accuracy expected based upon original document conditions.

Data Collection Services With Certified Computer Examiners (CCE Trained), Green Team has the expertise available to assist your team in collecting data from your client’s site. Working with your client’s IT personnel Green Team will ensure all data is collected in a forensically sound manner, complete with Chain of Custody Reporting and set for the next stage in processing. Data Recovery/Forensics At times document requests or court orders require forensic recovery and analysis of inaccessible data. Green Team can facilitate the recovery and preparation of material for inclusion in your review and production. De-Duplication Processing The process of surveying documents for exact likeness and removing these from the review set. Studies indicate up to 70% of e-mails and corporate documents can be duplicates. Removing these while maintaining a “marker” within the population speeds up the document review process and helps control costs. Metadata Extraction “Data about the data”… electronic documents have a file wrapper which contains extensive data about the file. From creator and creation date to size and header/footer information this metadata can prove to be a powerful discovery tool. Green Team can seamlessly extract this data and produce fields thus giving end users insight into the lifecycle and characteristics of a document. Data Filtering Once the data population has been collected and the metadata has been extracted, the data set can be further processed through filters. Filtering the data by names (Author, Recipient, etc.), dates and key words can reduce the data set further and eliminates wasted time reviewing irrelevant documents. Electronic File Conversion The process of converting electronic files from their native format (i.e. Excel, Word, e-mail) to TIFF (or other image format) without the need to print first, then scan. This process is quicker and more cost effective than the “print and scan method”, Electronic File Conversion takes place after the data set has been filtered and de-duped and is now ready for load file preparation and export to your document management package. With ESI, data volume is a concern for review teams and poises challenges for internal Firm document management systems and networks. In addition, many cases involve multiple parties and co-counsel defense teams. When access is needed simultaneously by multiple parties, digital document repositories are a nice solution. Green Team can duplicate your CD’s at very affordable rates. If you have the need for a mass distribution of digital information which your client has contracted the Firm to draft, duplicating a CD and shipping these to various locations is a very cost effective and quick method.
Let Green Team take your digital images and print them out on our high speed printers. We have the ability to print over 10,000 pages per hour with our batch print processing software and digitally connected copiers. Many clients chose to work with images but produce paper to the opposing side, this is a seamless process at Green Team. In addition, blowback copies are less costly than running additional copy sets from hard copy. We can insert document break sheets and or assemble the blowback prints just as the originals.
Green Team will prepare your project for loading into your system. All document management systems have unique load file requirements which map the image to the database. It is essential that the load file is set to the specifications your system requires. Green Team has extensive experience building load files for all types of document management software packages. From daily “rush” jobs to complex high volume document productions, we are suited to handle your requests. Accuracy is imperative when dealing with legal documents and at Green Team we train all of our own operators and check their work product at three different stages during production. No copy project will leave our facility without first going thorough our quality control department.
The process of affixing bates labels to original documents or copies to assign order to a document population. At Green Team we check behind all bates labelers to ensure there are no omissions and that all documents are kept in their original order. This “bates check” process is run before any documents are staged for copying.
Green Team can handle your color copy needs as well. We utilize Canon color copy technology and all of our machines are digitally connected to our network. You can simply e-mail a color document to our facility and we will print the material as requested and deliver the copies back to your office.
Green Team can handle reproducing your oversize drawings, maps or plats. If needed these documents can be scanned and burned to CD or paper bond copies can be produced and returned to you in a timely manner.
When originals cannot be removed from a client’s site or if opposing counsel will not release the material to be copied, Green Team will take the appropriate copy or scanning equipment to that location and handle the project on-site.
Many cases involve multiple parties and co-counsel defense teams. When access is needed simultaneously by multiple parties, digital document repositories are a nice solution. If your area is Bankruptcy Law, mail outs are common. Our turnkey bankruptcy mail out processing takes the burden off you. We will copy, label envelopes, return address label, fold, stuff, seal, meter and delivery your mail outs to the post office. In addition, Green Team will provide you with a certificate of service with every mail out.
